We do not accept return of products purchased through our website.
It is unlikely that order sent to you is defective but in case if it is defective, you need to contact us by email along with the image of defected order within 24 hours of receiving your order.
If there is a mismatch in size of the product purchased then we will exchange the same for an appropriate size subject to our discretion. No exchange or returns are permitted on discounted products.
We ship the order free within India but in case of return or exchange, you will have to reach the same to us at your cost at the address provided to you by us via email.
No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
International exchanges will incur a shipping charge, which is automatically charged to the mode of payment used in the original transaction. The shipping method for exchanges will be the same method selected on the original order.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole right and discretion to provide an appropriate resolution to any situation, as we may deem fit.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
You may cancel an order within 24 (twenty-four) hours after placing it by emailing at- email@example.com
No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at our discretion.
A cancelled order will result in a credit to the user’s credit card/ bank account. Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through our Website. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs agent/consultant if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. We shall in no way be concerned or liable or responsible whatsoever with any such effort, or exercise.
No refunds will be given if a client wishes to return any item bought from our online store. Subject to review and discretion of our online store, a credit note will be issued against the returned items. If you refuse a shipment from our stores, for which you have placed an order, you are fully liable and responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, taxes, duties, handling, etc. that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the same to us. All such amounts will be deducted from your merchandise refund, which will be credited as store credit to your Account on our website.
